Yes it is suitable for moisture. The client must determine if it is suitable from a cleaning/ maintenance point of view.
HP50 or similar bulk insulation can be installed above the panel as long as there is an airgap between the back of the panel and the bulk insulation. Otherwise moisture could end up getting trapped between the two. The easiest way of achieving this is to fix the HP50 to the underside of the soffit or whatever structure is above the panels.
